Apply online with your ID and proof of income. Screening goes through a rent guarantor company and usually takes a few days.

Nest & Rest buys, renovates and rents out its own apartments across Japan, from our head office in Shibuya, Tokyo. Because we own and manage every home ourselves, you deal directly with the people who look after it.

Our standard lease is 2 years, and some homes are available on 1-year leases. You can renew at the end of the term. The notice period for moving out early is set out in each contract.
